The Pennsbury Society is seeking a full time Museum Store Manager with prior retail experience, preferably in a museum setting. The Museum Store Manager’s primary job function is to be fully accountable for the success of the store, which includes purchasing, pricing of merchandise, sales, visual merchandising, operations, loss prevention, inventory control including sales tracking, and adheres to all company guidelines and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations. This position will also be responsible for managing museum membership, site rental, and other assignments and support of programs and tours as needed. This is a permanent position offering $14 – $15 an hour. Clearance of criminal background check is required.

•Possesses excellent verbal communication skills, particularly telephonic
