Marketing Opportunities

The ‘Perc’ is the Chamber’s monthly general membership meeting held on the second Thursday. Approximately 125-150 people attend. The purpose of the Perc is to present information to help educate and inform the business people in attendance.

Host Location: Provides the facility location, a continental breakfast, set-up and service for the event. The host location must be capable of accommodating a minimum of 150 people at 8:00 a.m.

Benefits: The Host receives a ¼ page ad in Outlookmagazine the month of the event, and is mentioned in all announcements and post event publicity. The host also receives five minutes of the program for a presentation and may distribute literature to everyone in attendance. In addition, all attendees experience the service provided by the host facility.

Sponsor: $600

Benefits: The sponsoring company receives a ¼ page ad in Outlookmagazine the month of the event and is mentioned in all announcements pertaining to the event and post event publicity. The sponsor also receives five minutes of the program for a presentation and may distribute literature to everyone in attendance. (Members may also combine host and sponsor if desired).

The Business Card Exchange is the Chamber’s monthly networking event. Attendance averages 100-125.

Host Location & Sponsor: $600 The host provides hors d’oeuvres, beverages and a location for the event.

Benefits: The host/sponsor receives a ½ page ad in Outlook magazine the month of the event and is mentioned in all announcements promoting the event and post event publicity. The host/sponsor also receives time during the program to make brief remarks as well as the opportunity to distribute literature to all attendees.

The Golf Outing is held every June. Spend a day on the golf course with nearly 150 business people – this is a true networking experience.

Sponsorship opportunities include:

• Title Sponsor – $1500 includes a foursome at the outing, announcements on all materials promoting the event, sign and post event publicity.
• Eagle Sponsor – $750 includes a twosome at the outing, announcements on all materials promoting the event, sign and post event publicity.
• Tee or Green Sponsor – A sign promoting your company placed in a prominent location at a tee or green. $100 for one sign / $150 for two signs / $250 for five signs.

The Business Expo is held each spring. It attracts 500-600 attendees and typically sells out with over 90 exhibitors.

Sponsorships include:

• Event Sponsor – $900. Includes announcements on all materials promoting the event, most prominent booth location, advertisement in event program book and all post event publicity.
• Exhibitor – $300 non-electric | $325 electric

An annual symposium designed for professional women, held in the spring. This event provides networking opportunities and motivational speakers surrounding a theme which is chosen each year by the event committee. The event typically attracts 100-125.

• Benefactor – $250 – includes a resource table and mention in all event publicity.
• Resource Tables – $110

A four-part seminar series held in the fall and is designed for those looking to open their own business or for those who have recently opened their own business. Chamber members from a variety of professions share their expertise, experiences and insight with the attendees.

Sponsor: $250 per session – includes promotion in all marketing materials, a banner display at the session, a promotional announcement at the session and the opportunity to distribute literature at the session and post event publicity.

An annual event held in the fall highlighting important economic issues. The event also features the presentation of the Economic Development Awards. The event typically attracts 100-150 business and community leaders.

Sponsor: $275 – includes promotion in all marketing materials, and a table at the reception and post event publicity.

Awards Sponsor: $400 – includes promotion in all marketing materials, and a table at the reception and post event publicity. Awards Sponsor also has the opportunity to present the awards to the recipients at the event.

Speed Networking is a more intimate form of networking and provides an opportunity for participants to fully describe their business and gain new leads.

Host Location: The host provides hors d’ oeuvres, beverages and a location for the event.

Sponsor: $250

Benefits: The host and sponsor each receive a ticket to participate in the event. They also receive a table at the event, mentions in all announcements promoting the event and post event publicity, and time during the program to make brief remarks.

Held at the Chamber on a regular basis, the candidate forums feature candidates for office at the state or federal level. The events typically attract 75-90 business and professional people.

Sponsor: $250 – Sponsor receives promotion in all marketing materials, a promotional announcement at the event and post event publicity.

This lunch event is held on a bi-monthly basis at the Chamber and is designed primarily for new members to acquaint themselves with the activities of the organization. Volunteer leaders and ambassadors attend to present the program and meet the new members. Attendance averages 40-60.

Sponsor – is responsible for the luncheon cost. Sponsor receives publicity in all event materials, a promotional announcement and a display and post event publicity.

The Chamber’s monthly publication is mailed to all members. It is also available at the Chamber and at Chamber events throughout the month. It can also be read on the Chamber’s website. Each issue is available to be seen on the website for three months.Ad sizes vary from business card to full page. Rates vary depending upon ad size and frequency of advertising.You can also Spotlight your company on the cover of Outlook! This feature includes a full color cover photo, full page article, placement on the homepage of the LBCCC website, and twenty-five extra copies for your use.

This full-color publication is mailed to all members early in the year and to new members as they join throughout the year. Each member is listed three times – by company name, by business classification and by representative. The publication also includes an overview of the Lower Bucks County area and an Annual Report of LBCCC activities.Ad sizes and rates vary.

The Chamber offers advertising on all pages of its web site – www.lbccc.org. The web site averages 2,000 unique hits a month. Ads will be available on a 90-day time period for $150 each.

The Chamber sends weekly email updates to its members regarding Chamber news and information. Your company can sponsor these messages which reach approximately 1200 of our members. The email will state that the message is sponsored by XYZ Company at the top, and after the information an advertorial and link to your company’s website will be included.
