LBCCC is one of only a limited number of Chambers in Southeast PA to have earned accreditation by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Accreditation ensures that your Chamber has a continuous commitment to excellence for the benefit of its members. We work very hard to adhere to the standards of the U.S. Chamber and are proud of this honor.
As a business organization, LBCCC provides an outlet for businesspeople to network with others through our monthly Business Card Exchanges and Bucks Business Connect Meetings. We offer educational seminars such as Financial Workshops, Social Media Programs, Leadership Bucks County program, and we offer events to educate and inform our members with Candidate Debates and the ECONference. LBCCC also participates in social events with our Bucks County Ball, Dining Around Lower Bucks food event, Bikes and Bands, Beef & Beer fun night out, and more. In addition, with our Champions of Commerce: Making a Difference Where We Work, Live and Learn “Academy Awards” style event, the Chamber recognizes those people and businesses who are making a difference in Bucks County.
Through our partnership with SCORE (Counselors to America’s Small Business), Chamber members can learn how to write a business plan, become their own boss and succeed as a small business owner or entrepreneur. SCORE is a volunteer organization consisting of members with many years of business experience with offices housed in the Chamber building. SCORE members provide free, confidential counseling in every aspect of owning a business including the areas of finance, sales, marketing, and much more.
The Chamber is able to offer group health, dental and vision insurance and can leverage its group buying power to help small and larger businesses with 2 to 99 employees purchase insurance at a competitive price. Backed by its membership, the Chamber is also able to offer discounts on credit card processing and put members in touch with other members that offer special Chamber discounts – some Chamber members even offer free consultations to other Chamber members.
By becoming an active Chamber member, you can work to grow your business. The more involved you are in the Chamber, the more people you will meet, the more relationships you will develop and the more business contacts you will make. This definitely translates into a return on your investment.
